Property Description

If you've been dreaming of country living with the charm of a log home and the opportunity to make it your own, this incredible property checks every box! Built with beautiful Northern White Cedar logs, this new construction is already well underway, with Superior Walls installed in 2023 and the framing and metal roof completed in 2024. Much of the heavy lifting has already been done. Underground electric and plumbing are in place, portions of the interior electric, plumbing, and ductwork have already been run, and gorgeous Pella windows and sliding doors are installed. Even better, the furnace, electrical box, drywall, lumber, and decking materials have already been purchased and are on-site, ready for the next phase of construction. The setting is simply breathtaking. Wake up every day to spectacular country views and enjoy the stunning wall of windows in the great room that perfectly frames the surrounding landscape while filling the home with natural light. The location offers the peaceful feel of the countryside while giving you the opportunity to finish this home exactly the way you've always envisioned. Planning to complete the project with a new construction loan? Keep in mind Findlay Township's requirement that the first 25 feet of the driveway be paved or concrete. Public water is available on Route 30, and sewage access is nearby on Route 30 or across the creek at the existing manhole. This is a rare chance to own a brand-new log home in an amazing location with unforgettable views and endless potential. And yes...the views really are every bit as incredible as everyone says!
